What we collect

When you request a free after-hours test call, we collect your shop name, your shop's main phone number, your email address, and your first name if you give it. If you fill out the optional build sheet, we also keep your answers about your shop.

How we use it

• To make one test call to the number you gave us, after your posted business hours.
• To email you the result and, if you want, follow up about FirstRing.
• To review your build sheet and reply about whether FirstRing fits your shop.

The test call is not recorded. If someone at your shop answers, we tell them right away it's the check you requested.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We don't add you to anyone else's marketing list.
• We don't text you without your permission.

Who helps us handle it

Your request is delivered to us by email through a sending service (Resend), and follow-up emails may be sent through an email platform (Loops). The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process your information only to deliver those services.

Deleting your information

Email hello@usefirstring.com and we'll delete what we have about you and confirm when it's done. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.
